Our Team

Ramon has over 25 years of experience in the multifamily construction space. Previous to founding Indeed Construction, he serviced as lead project manager for major real estate firms in their construction division. Ramon continues to be hands on with every project and strives to continue offering quality work for every job. 

With over 25 years of experience, Celina has worked as a regional manager for real estate management companies and currently oversees our administrative team in our offices. Her experience in real estate management is invaluable because she understands the pressures and responsibilities of property managers and their supervisors. This unique background gives Indeed an edge over other companies who might not be aware of the other side of multifamily construction. 

As one of our project managers, Mario works closely with clients to generate estimates and is responsible for the day-to-day management of projects. Mario communicates and interacts closely with both our subcontractors and clients to coordinate projects. 

Victor is a project manager who oversees our subcontractors and maintains direct contact with our clients. Victor also creates estimates and helps coordinate jobsites so that work is completed on time and within budget. 

Melanie will likely be the first person you speak to when you give us a call. She works closely with our project managers to generate and send the proposals your property needs in a timely matter. 

Abel is responsible for client relations and business management of Indeed. He may often be on sight visiting with owners and managers to assess their needs and ensure our clients are satisfied.
